In our globalized world, it's now easier than ever to travel from anywhere to anywhere in seconds. We can use this to our advantage and purchase playground equipment from hundreds of suppliers in different countries or even within our own. Below, we've tried to list some of the points you should pay attention to during this process:
Buy Softplay Parks Directly from the Manufacturer.
The most important thing to pay attention to here is: make sure this company is a manufacturer and not a trading company. The easiest way to understand this is to look at their website. So how do we know this? Do they have pictures showing their production? Do they explain what materials they use and what methods they employ? How professional are they? (e.g., do they participate in trade fairs?) What are their references? What is their capital? When were they established? What certifications do they have? How many employees do they have? If the information on their website is comprehensive, you can work with that manufacturer.
Many of the suppliers you find on websites are shady, unregistered trading companies. The answer to why you shouldn't work with trading companies is simple. First, they may not fully understand the quality, features, safety standards, and installation of playground equipment. The ultimate goal of trading companies is to sell you products they bought cheaply from the manufacturer at a higher price.
Check the professionalism of the indoor playground manufacturer.
How can you choose among the ball pit manufacturers you find? We recommend looking at the manufacturer's professionalism. Not all manufacturers are equally professional. Many produce low-quality products and offer almost no customer service. There are ways to check your supplier's professionalism:
Ask your city council: What do we need to do to get permission to open an indoor playground? What are the safety standards? What are the fire safety requirements? Then, just test the manufacturer. Do they fully know and implement the safety standards in your area? Have they implemented them in similar areas before?
Send emails from several different addresses and talk on the phone. Do you feel comfortable communicating with these people? Are you understood well? Playground production is a lengthy process, taking at least several weeks. Make sure the company you work with has a professional team, answers all your questions, and provides customer support.

- At the end of the day, you want the best quality at the best price. Don't let distractions get in the way; this is your money.
The final but most important part of the process is installation.
Ensure your ball pit supplier has an in-house professional installation team. Installation is at least 40% of quality. Even the best equipment can look ugly or eventually fall apart if incorrectly assembled. You need qualified workers with years of field training and experience to install playground equipment, which is why all indoor playground manufacturers should have such a team.
